Laura is based on the border of Leicestershire and Warwickshire
and has been teaching yoga since 2006.
Teaching a variety of yoga classes means Laura's students range
from 6 months to 80 years old (and maybe older)! As you can
tell, she firmly believe there's a style of yoga for everyone...

Yoga has been part of Laura's life for over 10 years now,
bringing numerous benefits, and sharing that dedication with those who
attend classes is a real joy. She is currently in her final year of the
500-hour British Wheel of Yoga
Diploma, deepening her knowledge of all aspects of yoga, including
teaching itself.
Laura has trained in several fields, including children's yoga, anatomy,
holistic
health and fitness.
She also holds a BSc Honours degree in Music, a Paediatric First Aid
certificate (covering babies, children and adults) and a certificate in
Child Protection Training with the Warwickshire Safeguarding Children
Board (WSCB).
Leap Into Yoga classes are run both independently and on behalf of local
schools, colleges, children's centres, leisure centres, companies,
organisations, health and fitness events and community projects.
Laura also provides hoopdance
classes, fitness classes
and
complementary therapies, working with both adults and children.
In addition to being a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) teacher, she is also
a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) and the
Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
Laura holds teaching insurance and a full CRB-check.
