About:	Gail O'Brien presents her "Time to Level Up" skill-improving series - introducing new tricks, moves and concepts, building skills and movement patterns to help your hooping progress to the next level. These workshops are trick centred but encourage you to be creative and develop your own style whether you have been hooping 3 weeks or for years. Workshops can be taken individually or as a progressive series.
