Hula Hooping, Hoopdance and Hoop Fitness in the UK

The UK Hoop Database is a non-profit site that intends to offer a list of professional hoop teachers and performers,
in addition to UK hoop resources, for those looking for classes, groups, events and performance.

It was established by Laura Musgrave in 2009, to provide a central database to serve potential employers and students
and also for the hoop community itself - allowing the UKHD to showcase the best of the UK's hoop talent, suppliers and events.
A labour of love, the project is run purely on a volunteer basis and is funded through donations, with the aim being to update listings
on a monthly basis, with latest updates appearing on the homepage.

As hooping itself continues to grow, we hope the UKHD will provide a vital source of information to the UK hoop community
and continue to promote our skills on both a local and national level.

We were mentioned in this Daily Express article in June 2009.

We have also received mentions in BodyFit magazine, Health & Fitness and Zest magazine.
