What is Reiki?
Reiki is a deeply relaxing Japanese therapy that involves a gentle laying-on of hands and your therapist working just above your body. It works on the basis that everything is made of energy - right down to the cells that make up our body - and therefore, that the cells of our body can be affected by energy. Reiki clears stagnant energy and stimulates the natural energy flow of the body, to allow toxins to be flushed out of the system. Traditional Reiki works holistically to heal on all three levels – mental, physical and emotional - to heal the WHOLE of the body.
