Hoops
Hoops are provided at all classes (usually 42" Gym
Hoops) - but you may want to
purchase your own to use at home!
There are lots of different sizes, colours and styles of
hoops available, including collapsible travel hoops
which fold away neatly into your bag for trips on public
transport or slip into your car.
Having a hoop to hand means that you can enjoy the
physical, mental and emotional benefits of hooping any
time you feel the need...
