Leap Into Fitness classes are designed to help you tone up, burn calories and feel good! Laura runs a whole range of activities, which are suitable for most fitness levels, and is always developing new classes, so stay tuned! If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.

Movie Dance Fitness Mix up aerobic dance with your favourite film tracks (Dirty Dancing, Grease etc.) for a great workout that will get you singing as you sweat!
Pram Push Outdoor post-natal exercise for mums - a great workout without the stress of trying to get a creché place!
Post-Natal Exercise Specialist class adapted and designed for women who have had a baby within the past 12 months
Seniors Exercise Low impact aerobics, suitable for senior groups
Seated Exercise Seated exercise and yoga for all, including those with limited mobility
Swiss Ball Stretch and tone class, using swiss balls
Yoga General Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels, designed to tone and shape the body (Dynamic Yoga also available for more experienced groups)
